Clinics & Services
In addition to GP consultations the practice offers a range of clinics and healthcare services:
Antenatal Clinic 
The midwife offers a clinic twice weekly. The practice supports home deliveries for interested and suitable expectant mothers.
Child Health Clinic
The GPs, health visitors and practice nurses provide a combined clinic every Thursday morning for all pre-school children. The services includes immunisations, development checks and feeding advice.
Health Screening
If you are over 75 and have not been seen within the last year, or between 16 and 75 years and have not been seen within the last three years, you may request a consultation with our health check service.
Family Planning/ Contraceptive Services
Full family planning is offered by the GPs and practice nurses including insertion of intra-uterine devices and subantaneous implants.
Well Person Services
Appointments we are offered with the practice nurse for advice on diet, exercise, and the menopause.
Separate clinics are run weekly for diabetes and asthma. The practice nurses also run a Stop Smoke clinic to provide support and nicotine replacement for patients requiring help to stop smoking.
Minor Surgery
This is available and includes the removal of warts and verrucae, excision of small lumps and moles under local anaesthetic and joint injections.
Smoking Cessation Clinic
The practice nurse team are available to support people stopping smoking. Nicotine replacement can now be provided on the NHS.
