The wider NHS Choices site also includes information on conditions and treatments, and advice to help you live a healthier lifestyle or boost your mental wellbeing.
Age UK and the NHS have also produced an excellent booklet called A Practical Guide to Healthy Ageing, aimed at helping people who are 65+ and who may have noticed that they are starting to "slow down" when doing every day tasks.
Some of the topics covered include: looking after your eyes, making your home safe, keeping active, getting ready for winter, talking about your medication, preventing falls and looking after your mental health.

LOCAL Exercise Programme for Older Adults
OTAGO is a 16 week strength and balance programme for older adults, designed to improve balance, strength, mobility and stamina.
The cost is £3 per session and the course is run on Wednesdays, 10.00 - 11.00 am, at the Grange Drive Leisure Centre.
